Embassy Towers

If prices for condominiums in Downtown and South End Halifax seem exorbitant, you may want to consider Embassy Towers—an older condo complex in a great location with reasonable pricing.

Centrally located in the south half of the Halifax peninsula, Embassy Towers is known for its great location and easy access to all that the city has to offer. Embassy Towers is also known for being a condo bargain. Prices for condos in the building tend to be on the low end of the scale for Downtown and South End condos; however, it should be noted that condo fees are generally higher than those found in newer buildings.

As of February 1, there were three units on the market ranging in price from about $150,000 for a 500-square-foot one-bedroom unit, to $550,000 for a 2,079-square-foot three-bedroom penthouse unit.

Condo Nova believes that prices like these will not last, and that prices for condos throughout HRM are only going to rise. Of course, this means that on a relative basis the condos of Embassy Towers will likely retain their reputation for being a bargain.
